By concentrating energy and the direction if air streams over the product the cooking process is substantially speeded up compared to other brands. Because of the short cooking times operating costs and power consumption are reduced substantially. Even while the rotisseries is being loaded, energy loss and escaping odours are minimal.
Thanks to similar design features, Rotisserie and Hot Base Cabinet fit very well and store goods perfectly while displaying them to customers. The combination of a rotisserie with a Hot Base Cabinet requires a minimum of space. Ubert's wide range of models ensures that there is a model available to suit the requirements and capacity of every operator. Double rotation means that both the individual spits and the entire disc assembly rotate separately inside the rotisserie.
