Hussmann Tempcool (M) Sdn Bhd was originally known as Tempcool Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, which was incorporated in 1982.The company name was changed to Hussmann Tempcool (M) Sdn Bhd following the joint venture with Hussmann Corporation, USA. on 1st October 1986 and became a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Hussmann Tempcool Holdings Pte Ltd.
Following the acquisition of Hussmann Corporation by INGERSOLL-RAND company, Hussmann Tempcool is now a member of the ingersoll-rand global business.
